RICH EAN
Principal & Lead Designer
StudioE Design Group is led by principal Rich Ean, whose work reflects a deep understanding of custom residential design and client-focused service. Rich earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 2009 and spent over a decade as a Lead Designer for a custom home builder.
During that time, he developed extensive experience designing high-end custom homes and cultivated a collaborative approach that prioritizes clear communication and trust. His leadership continues to shape the studio’s commitment to quality, integrity, and a refined design experience.
KATHERINE (KATIE) PALUMBO, RA
Associate Principal
As a registered architect, Katie leads the commercial sector for Studio E Design Group. She provides architectural oversight and technical expertise, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of design integrity, constructability, and precision. She earned her Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University in 2011 and spent over 15 years in the construction industry. Her expertise spans municipal, higher education, K-12 education, retail, and high-end custom homes.
CHRIS HARBOR
Project Manager & Designer
Chris oversees project coordination and design execution, guiding each project from concept through documentation with organization, efficiency, and attention to detail—resulting in a seamless experience for both clients and project partners.
